Three Championship Players Charged

Josh Barlow of Swinton Lions has been charged with Grade C running in and punching, following an incident in his team’s game with Doncaster.

Doncaster player Mike Emmet has been hit with the same charge, while Barlow’s Swinton team-mate Zach Johnson has been charged with Grade C punching.

Emmet and Barlow have until 11am on July 29 to submit an Early Guilty Plea (EGP).

The option of an EGP is not available to Johnson, and he will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday evening.
