The Final Hooter 2015 – Episode 12

Dave Parkinson is joined in the studio by Radio General Rugby League commentator and Warrington aficionado Dave Birch for his Final Hooter debut.

With Adrian Jackson still missing, Dave P went and tracked him down to a pub following the recent Rugby League Founders walk. The pair chat rugby over a drink and we hear from Nigel Wood about the thinking behind the event while Dave, Dave and Adrian give their opinions on the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup Semi Finals.

Reaction comes from former Leeds player Francis Cummins, former Hull KR man Chev Walker. We hear from Rovers Chris Chester and Rhinos Brian McDermott and Adrian also hunted down player reaction from “Top of the props” Adam Cuthbertson and Rovers point scoring supremo Josh Mantellato. 

We also discuss the Super Eights, Qualifiers and Championship Shield as the season gets down to the business end and hear from Tim Sheens (Salford Red Devils), Richard Marshall (Halifax), Paul Rowley (Leigh Centurions) and we finish with an insightful interview with Andrew Henderson as he discusses his role and the season at London Broncos.
