Team news: Wakefield v Wigan (Fri)

Five starting players are missing for Wigan this week, while Wakefield have named an unchanged side. 

Adrian Lam have made five changes to his Wigan outfit that lost at Castleford Tigers last week. Dom Manfredi, Jarrod Sammut, Joe Greenwood, Ben Flower and Sean O’Loughlin are all sidelined with injuries.

Sam Powell returns for the Warriors, while Morgan Escare, Taulima Tautai, Liam Paisley and Joe Shorrocks come into the squad.

Wakefield coach Chris Chester has named an unchanged squad to the one that beat Huddersfield Giants last time out. Danny Kirmond and Anthony England could feature for Trinity after missing out on the matchday 17-man squad last Friday.

The Super League match takes place at the Mobile Rocket Stadium on Friday, 7:45pm kick-off.

Wakefield are priced at 8/13 to come out on top, while Wigan’s odds to take the spoils are 11/8.
