Team news: Huddersfield v Castleford (Thurs)

Mike McMeeken is set to return for Castleford on Thursday and Huddersfield could welcome back Aaron Murphy.

Huddersfield coach Simon Woolford has made two changes to his side that lost at Wakefield Trinity last week. Murphy and Jake Wardle come in for Michael Lawrence and Oliver Roberts.

Scotland international Joe Wardle could also return for the Giants after missing last week’s trip to Wakefield.

Daryl Powell has made three changes to his Castleford side that beat Wigan Warriors last time out. McMeeken, Daniel Smith and Junior Moors come in for Nathan Massey, Alex Foster and Will Maher.

The televised Super League clash takes place at the John Smith’s Stadium on Thursday, 7:45pm kick-off.
