Jordan Rankin and Sam Tomkins are set to debut in their new colours on Friday night.

Castleford Tigers coach Daryl Powell could hand new recruit Rankin his debut, with the former Huddersfield Giants man able to play in the halves or at full-back.

Samoa international Ben Roberts and winger Greg Eden are also set to return from injury for the Tigers.

Catalans Dragons boss Steve McNamara could give Tomkins, Matty Smith and Matt Whitley their official debuts after they arrived from Wigan Warriors, St Helens and Widnes Vikings respectively in the off-season.

The round one Super League fixture takes place at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Friday night, 7:45pm kick-off.
