Taylor, Fa’alogo on thin ice

South Sydney have served coach Jason Taylor and player David Fa’alogo have been served with breach of contract notices for the incident involving them both.

The notices are the result of an extensive investigation by the board into the events of last Sunday night at a Sydney Hotel where the pair were involved a physical confrontation.

Taylor has just five days to respond to the notice and Fa’alogo eight days.

The result is likely to be much worse for Taylor than Fa’a’logo who is set to move to Huddersfield from the start of next season.

The pair will be required to state their case as to why action against them should not be taken.

A statement from the club read: “The Club has informed the NRL of the outcome of its investigation and will continue to keep it informed as the disciplinary process against both individuals progresses.”
