Taylor charged with eye gouging

Catalans forward Dave Taylor has been hit with charges of eye gouging and a dangerous throw.

Taylor has received a Grade B dangerous throw charge from the loss to Hull FC.

He has also been given a Grade E eye gouging charge from the St Helens game two weeks ago.

Featherstone’s Tim Spears has been handed a Grade A dangerous throw charge while teammate Bradley Knowles-Tagg has also received a Grade A dangerous throw charge.

Leigh’s Harrison Hansen has been handed a Grade C dangerous contact charge.

Featherstone’s Ian Hardman has received a Grade A dangerous contact charge.

Wakefield’s David Fifita has been given a Grade B high tackle charge and Warrington’s George King has received a Grade A dangerous contact charge.
 
The match review panel also issued the following Cautions;

Ian Hardman (Featherstone Rovers) – Dangerous Throw

Morgan Escare (Catalans) – Stands on opponent
