Swinton sign Nick Gregson from Leigh

Swinton have signed forward Nick Gregson from Leigh for the rest of the season.

Gregson, 23, came through the ranks at Wigan and made three appearances for the Lions on dual-registration in 2016/17.

He has also turned out for Workington and Oldham.

Lions chairman, Andy Mazey, said: “Nick is a really good footballer who was on our radar before he re-signed with Leigh Centurions for this year.

“With the business end of the season now upon us, Stuart was really keen to add some depth and quality to the playing squad and he identified Nick as someone who could really add to the mix.”
