Swinton have confirmed that assistant coach Allan Coleman has signed a new two-year deal with the club.

Coleman joined the Lions ahead of the 2019 season. He was wanted by Workington for next year – but the Lions have managed to tie him down to a new deal.

Swinton coach Stuart Littler said: “I am absolutely delighted to be able to announce the re-signing of all of our performance staff.

“This is a pivotal piece of business as each member is very important to our future. Our staff work so hard and for that I am forever thankful.

“We have a good group and we are very close. We all strive to improve this club and our on field performances.

“Last year we improved significantly but the battle now is to maintain momentum and to continue to move our club forwards.”
