Swinton complete Tahraoui signing

Swinton Lions have completed the signing of forward Samir Tahraoui.

Tahraoui, 22, stands at 6ft5ins and has been training with the Lions for the last week.

Lions coach Gary Chambers said: “Samir has a very good pedigree and has been at Warrington and St Helens.

“He’s a big, athletic lad and a very solid player.

“He went out to Australia and did really well there.

“We need some big fellas and he’ll come in and do a really good job in the front row.”

Tahraoui could make his debut against Batley this weekend.
