Sutcliffe has taken Sinfield’s place at Leeds following the veteran’s switch to rugby union.
The 21-year old wants to make a name for himself.
“What he achieved over the last 15 years was unbelievable and he is going to be a massive miss for the team,” Sutcliffe told The Daily Star.
“But I do not want to think about taking over Kevin’s position, I just want to concentrate on making a name for myself and hopefully help the team win more trophies.”
Sutcliffe make his comeback from injury with Leeds yesterday in the friendly against Bradford.
