Warrington coach Steve Price says the recoveries of Blake Austin, Josh Charnley and Jack Hughes are “positive” ahead of Wembley.

Austin [ankle], Charnley [knee] and Hughes [ruptured testicle] have been sidelined recently and are facing the race against time to be fit ahead of this weekend.

The Wolves face St Helens in the Challenge Cup final at Wembley on Saturday, 3pm kick-off.

Wolves boss Price commented: “I’ll give them up to the later stages of the week.

“Official training doesn’t start until tomorrow [Tuesday] so until then I haven’t got too much to say – but it’s looking positive.”

Price is also confident that full-back Stefan Ratchford will be fit to play at Wembley after he received a couple of knocks at Wigan last Friday.
