St George Illawarra Dragons confirm signing of Jack Bird

St George Illawarra Dragons have signed utility back Jack Bird from Brisbane Broncos on a two-year contract.

The 25-year-old has made 84 NRL appearances to date for Cronulla Sharks and Brisbane. He has also appeared for New South Wales in Origin five times and is an Indigenous All Stars representative.

Dragons general manager of football Ben Haran said: “It’s great to see Jack return to the Dragons with him being a local junior as well as his capabilities as a player.
