Solomona and Bailey set to play against Catalans

Castleford threequarter Denny Solomona is set to return to action on Sunday against Catalans Dragons, after a two-month injury lay-off.

Solomona has been sidelined with a knee injury, but is now keen to get back into action.

“It will be good to get out there with the boys,” he said.

“We’ve been a bit inconsitent but hopefully we can step it up this week. I’m just looking to get stuck in there on Sunday.”

Meanwhile, new signing Ryan Bailey could also make his debut against the Dragons at the Mend-a-Hose Jungle on Sunday.

“I’m excited to get back on the field,” he said.

“Daryl gave me this chance and I’ll grab it with both hands. I’m ready to rip in.”
