Hull FC half-back Marc Sneyd is looking forward to linking up with his club’s new signings next season.

Sika Manu and Danny Washbrook were confirmed as recruits for 2016 this week, and they will join the like of Frank Pritchard and Scott Taylor at the KC Stadium next season.

“We will have a really strong squad next year and that will be exciting. There’s plenty of quality in the team, and the new signings will add to that,” Sneyd told the Hull Daily Mail.

“Playing with those calibre of players is definitely something to look forward to, but not yet. We’ve still got a job to do this year.”

Sneyd is also determined to being this season to an end on a positive note, and avoid finishing bottom of the top section of the Super 8s.

“We have got some really important players here that are leaving at the end of the year,” he added.

“We don’t want to send them away on a sour note.

“Finishing bottom is not an option. Even though it is the top eight, nobody wants to finish bottom in any scenario.”
