SL preview: London B v Huddersfield (Sat)

test

London head coach Tony Rea has made one change to his 19-man squad for the visit of Huddersfield with Kieran Dixon returning.

Dixon has missed six weeks of action due to a broken hand and he takes the place of Iliess Macani – who returns to Under 19’s duty.

For the Giants, hooker Shaun Lunt misses out as Ben Blackmore joins head coach Paul Anderson‘s travelling party.

Anderson’s side will be seeking the first of three victories which would see them claim the League Leaders’ Shield.

London 19-man squad: Bryant, Bishay, Colbon, Cook, Dixon, Dollapi, Fisher, Howell, Hurst, Kaufusi, Krasniqi, Lee, McMeeken, Melling, Rodney, Sarginson, Soward, Wicks, Woodburn-Hall.

Huddersfield 19-man squad: Grix, Cudjoe, Wardle, McGillvary, Brough, Robinson, Crabtree, Kopczak, Ferres, Faiumu, Lawrence, Patrick, Chan, Ta’ai, Murphy, Cording, Ferguson, Blackmore, Wood.

Prediction: Huddersfield are desperate for a first League Leader’s Shield and it would be a massive shock if they slipped up here. Away win.
