SL Preview: Huddersfield v Hull KR (Thu)
Huddersfield go looking for a second successive win when they welcome Hull KR to the John Smith’s Stadium on Thursday night.
The Giants eased past Widnes 28-16 last Friday for only their second win of the season.
They welcome back Jordan Turner after he missed the win over the Vikings through concussion, but Michael Lawrence (hamstring) and Daniel Smith (suspension) remain sidelined.
Hull KR are still without captain Shaun Lunt, who missed the narrow defeat at Catalans following an accident at home that is expected to rule him out for a few weeks.
James Donaldson and George Lawler come in, with Danny Tickle dropping out of Tim Sheens’ 19-man squad.
The last two meetings between the two sides, in 2016, were both decided by a solitary point.
