Singleton wary of Kelly – Campese combination

Leeds prop Brad Singleton is viewing his team’s game against Hull KR this week with caution, due to the quality of the Robins’ halfbacks.

“Attacking-wise, I think they’re really good,” he told Rhinos TV.

“They’ve got Albert Kelly and Terry Campese who dictate the play, and I think they’ll go well.”

Rovers tested Leeds in the early weeks of the Super League season, losing a closely fought game by 30 points to 40 at the KC Lightstream Stadium.

Singleton thinks that the Robins may well be a stronger outfit now, after being boosted by some new signings since then.

“It was a tough game,” he admitted.

“And they’ve got new additions, like Dane Tilse. They’re all big units and it’s going to be a tough game.

“We watched them against Wigan, and they’re a strong outfit. So we’ve got to get ourselves ready and be the best we can be.”
