Leeds prop Brad Singleton has signed dual-registration with Hunslet after his loan spell at Wakefield was cut short.

Singleton, 20, had joined the Wildcats on a two-month loan at the start of the season, but will now join up with team-mates Liam Hood and Jimmy Watson in the Hunslet squad for Sunday’s match against Dewsbury.

Hawks Director of Rugby Darren Williams said: “We are delighted to have a player of Brad’s quality at our disposal. Brad just wants game time and we are more than happy to give him that opportunity, he is a big unit with undoubted talent and his presence in the squad will create extra competition for places and will give Sunday’s game against his former team Dewsbury Rams added spice.”

Singleton played for Wakefield in their 40-6 defeat to Bradford on the opening weekend of the Super League season.

He has previously made two first team appearances for the Rhinos, against Salford in March 2011 and London in April 2012.
