Sims loving life in ‘high quality’ Super League

Warrington prop Ashton Sims is enjoying life in the North of England since moving to the Wolves from NRL outfit North Queensland Cowboys.

He has also found that the quality of the rugby played in Super League is high, and he is relishing Thursday evening’s game at St Helens.

Super League is high quality week in week out. The intensity is just what I expected,” he told Radio Yorkshire’s ‘Last Tackle‘ programme.

“I knew it would be tough against the likes of Peacock etc, but it’s a tough game.

“We are looking forward to Saints. I played there before and it was a great atmosphere.

“I enjoy the challenge of a tough physical game. I am loving it in England.”
