Silverwood to appear before tribunal

Suspended referee Richard Silverwood will face an employment tribunal this month.

According to PA, Silverwood is facing a charge of alleged inappropriate behaviour and will appear in front of a tribunal in July.

The RFL has not divulged a reason for suspending the refereel but has confirmed it has completed its investigation into an incident involving him.

Silverwood has not refereed a Super League game since the Magic Weekend.
