Sheffield forward Joel Farrell given one-match ban

Drew Darbyshire

Sheffield back-rower Joel Farrell has received a one-match suspension.

The Jamaica international was charged with Grade B foul language to a match official in Sheffield’s recent 19-18 win over Batley.

Farrell was sin-binned at the time and was charged with a one-match suspension by the Rugby Football League’s match review panel.

He will miss this weekend’s Challenge Cup tie against Workington.
