Shaun Lunt sidelined after accident at home
Hull KR captain Shaun Lunt is facing a few weeks on the sidelines after cutting his knee on a door at home.
Lunt, 30, required 15 stitches to a cut on his knee following the incident and missed the Robins defeat at Catalans on Saturday.
Boss Tim Sheens told the Hull Daily Mail: “It’s going to be some time before he plays football again.
“Lunty won’t be back for three weeks at least, I reckon. He had an accident at home – he’s cut right across the kneecap to the bone on a PVC door at home.”
Lunt has started all four of his appearances this season on the bench.
