Seven players have been hit with disciplinary charges following Challenge Cup round five and Super League round 11 fixtures over the weekend.

Hull KR player James Donaldson has been charged with Grade B kicking on Bradford Bulls player Adam O’Brien in the 47th minute of the Cup tie played at the Provident Stadium yesterday.

Donaldson’s team-mate Adam Walker has been charged with Grade A striking on O’Brien in the 39th minute of the 50-30 victory.

Donaldson has until 11am tomorrow to submit an Early Guilty Plea (EGP). Walker does not have this option and will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal tomorrow evening.

Meanwhile, Salford’s Cory Patterson has been charged with Grade D intentional striking with the shoulder on Gregg McNally of Leigh Centurions in the first minute of the Cup tie played at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday.

Salford player Darrell Griffin has been charged with making a Grade B reckless high tackle and Leigh’s Tom Armstrong has been charged with making a Grade B dangerous throw in the same fixture.

Catalans Dragons player Jeff Lima has been charged with making Grade B dangerous contact on Huddersfield Giants player Ukuma Ta’ai in the 68th minute of a Super League fixture played on Sunday April 19.

Jack Hughes of Huddersfield Giants has been charged with making Grade A dangerous contact on Remi Casty of Catalans Dragons in the 11th minute of the same fixture.

Griffin, Lima and Hughes have the option to submit Early Guilty Pleas but Patterson does not.
