Former Great Britain and Leeds back Keith Senior has been offered a coaching role at an unnamed Rugby Union club.

Senior, 37, retired in 2011 after a knee injury ended his 16-year career has been working with the Leeds Foundation in Headingley but is seriously considering switching codes, with offers from the Aviva Premiership and France on the table according to his agent Emanuele Palladino.

Palladino said: “Keith has enjoyed an exceptional playing career over the last decade and coaching is a natural next step for someone with his experience and knowledge of the game.

“For the moment, Keith is enjoying his work with the Leeds Foundation and working through his coaching badges.”

Senior made over 350 appearances for the Rhinos during an 12-season association with the club and was capped 33 times by Great Britain.
