Leigh have signed Scotland international forward Nick Glohe for 2020.

The 27-year-old arrives at the Centurions from Australian club Lakes United. He has earned three caps for Scotland.

Leigh coach John Duffy said: “I have worked with Nick at Scotland international level. He has a British passport and moved to Australia with his parents when he was very young.

“He’s a great lad and I think the fans will really take to him and enjoy watching him play. Nick really impressed me last year in the national camp, I’m glad to get him on board.

“Nick is a primary school teacher and we’ll be looking to get him some work around Leigh. He is backing himself by paying his own air fare over here, looking for a job and a place to stay.

“It was a no-brainer for me to bring him here and I’m excited to work with him again.”
