Sam Tomkins close to return
Wigan fullback Sam Tomkins has returned to training and is close to making his on-field Super League return.
Tomkins has yet to play in 2016 as he rcovers from a knee ligament injury suffered last year in the NRL while with the New Zealand Warriors.
Wigan coach Shaun Wane has confirmed that the England international ran with the team today.
It is believed Tomkins is still a couple of weeks away, with a return sometime in May in sight.
