Salford have released their 2019 home kit and it has gone down well on social media.

The kit – manufactured by Kappa – is predominantly red with two white vertical stripes adorning the left-hand side of the front of the shirt.

There is also a white trim on the collar and sleeves, white hooped socks and the club crest emblazoned on the front.

Red Devils director of rugby and operations, Ian Blease, commented: “We are delighted at the final outcome of our 2019 home shirt.

“We were excited about the potential once we linked up with Kappa as they’re a huge company and they’ve done a terrific job on this year’s home kit.

“I’d like to thank Mitsubishi Motors, The Lowry Outlet, Kingsland Drinks, Advanced Steel, Prowood, Salmon King, Austin Wilkinson, Applied Nutrition and the University of Salford who will all proudly sponsor this year’s playing kit.

“We hope that the Salford Red Devils fans also like the design and this shows in some solid replica shirt sales prior to Christmas and going forward throughout the 2019 season.”
