Salford on course for double over Widnes?

Correspondent

Salford have a good recent record against Widnes including an impressive 46-10 victory over the Vikings at the end of March.

The Red Devils have won five of their last six in Super League and with the likes of Todd Carney, Robert Lui and Gareth O’Brien in their squad they should prove too strong for Widnes on Sunday.

Denis Betts’ team ended a long winless run with victory over St Helens last week and he’ll be hoping to build on that at Salford.

A home win looks likely and the 21/10 with Betfred for Salford to triumph by 1-12 points could be the call.
