Sam Perrett‘s broken ankle will see the Sydney Roosters winger sidelined for eight weeks.

Scans have revealed Perrett, who suffered the injury in the Tricolours’ defeat to Canterbury at the weekend, has suffered a fracture but an operation is not required.

The New Zealand International will undergo extensive rehab and be out for approximately eight weeks.

Meanwhile, winger Phil Graham made a successful return from a pectoral injury by turning out for NSW Cup side Newtown Jets at the weekend.

Graham suffered the injury in the Roosters’ semi-finals victory over Penrith last year.
