John Bastian was a huge part of my decision to join Rovers as I know he will put the time in to help me improve as a players. I cannot wait to get started with this team and be a part of something special.”

Roche made 19 appearances for the Eagles last season as they retained their Championship crown.

He made his international debut for Ireland, qualifying through parentage, last year, featuring in their games against Scotland and England Knights.
