Rochdale sign Halifax forward on loan

Drew Darbyshire

Rochdale have signed Jordan Syme on loan from Halifax for the rest of the 2019 season.

The versatile forward joins the Hornets for a second spell after enjoying a loan period last year.

Syme, 22, made nine appearances for Rochdale in his first stint with the Championship club.

He is a product of Halifax’s reserve grade set-up and has played one game for Fax’s first-team.

Syme will be available to Rochdale every week until the end of 2019.
