Rochdale CEO departs

Rochdale Hornets chief executive Ryan Bradley is leaving the club next month to join Premier League club Burnley FC.

Bradley is set to take on the role as Business Development Executive for Burnley in the Community Trust.

He has been with Rochdale since 2013, helping turn the Hornets’ finances around and acheieve promotion to the Championship.

Rochdale Hornets chairman Mark Wynn said: “We are naturally disappointed to lose Ryan as he done a fantastic job since his appointment.

“This hasn’t gone unnoticed and it is testament to the work he has done and how far we have come that we are losing our CEO to a Premier League soccer club.”
