Robins end Larvin talks

Hull Kingston Rovers have confirmed that talks with Tony Larvin have ended regarding his potential investment into the club.

An official statement issued by the club said: “Club officials had been in contact with Mr Larvin during the last three months but promised funds have not materialised. Therefore, the club will now actively pursue other avenues of potential new investment and will not be making any further comment at this time.”

After suffering a 24-32 opening day defeat at home to Catalan yesterday, the Robins will aim to get their first Super League win of the season at Wakefield on Saturday at 5.45, live on Sky Sports.
