Toulouse pair offered to other clubs

According to Leeds Live, Toulouse have offered both Johnathan Ford and Mark Kheirallah to other clubs.

The French side, who are preparing for their first Super League season, confirmed the departure of Ford on Wednesday afternoon due to “personal and family reasons.”

Tui Lolohea targeting silverware at Huddersfield

Half-back Tui Lolohea is hopeful he can win some silverware at the Giants (Yorkshire Post).

He told Yorkshire Post:”Watto (Ian Watson) has touched on it at training about back in the days when Huddersfield were undefeated for so long and when they had that good run of winning trophies.

“He’s trying to bring some of that spark back and hopefully we can win some silverware while I’m still here and he’s still here.”

Mal Meninga sends support to Tonga

Salford mark Ghana RL milestone with new shirts

Salford have made a special t-shirt to mark 10 years since the foundation of the Ghana Rugby League.

Andy Gilvary, National Team Coach, told the club website: “The significance of this partnership has come at exactly the right time for Ghana. With more players, volunteers, clubs and supporters than ever before, Salford will be able to steer the next generation of rugby league enthusiast in the country.”

Trivia

Mark Kheirallah and Johnanthan Ford both signed for Toulouse back when they were in the Elite League. They have both been part of their re-entry to the English leagues. As well as that, the pair also helped Toulouse to two promotions.
