Matty Lees eyes England spot

Banging the drum for Toulouse

Wigan prop Brad Singleton says he is a huge fan of Toulouse being in Super League, and says it is good for the game that there are two French teams in the competition. (Wigan Today)

The Warriors face Super League’s bottom side tonight. Singleton told Wigan Today: “There’s an audience there in France, where it’s proven that it works. They’ve worked their way up the leagues, have a fan base, and are involved in the derby with Catalans, which generates a lot of viewers.”

Hull KR star targets World Cup

The 26-year-old has already won five caps for the Wolfhounds. He was part of Ireland’s training camp last weekend. Ryan told Hull Live: “Come October, I want to be part of that 23. Every time I put on the Irish shirt, I love it; representing the country is always an honour.”

Kevin Naiqama privileged to lead Fiji again

Salford injury blow

Salford head coach Paul Rowley has confirmed that Morgan Escare will miss the rest of the season through injury.

Escare, 30, has been ruled out with a broken thumb sustained representing France against Wales.

Hull KR land NRL trio

Incoming Hull KR head coach Willie Peters has confirmed that three NRL players will link up with him for the 2023 season in Super League.

The 43-year-old confirmed that trio Tom Opacic, Rhys Kennedy and Sauaso Sue will join him at Craven Park in 2023.
