Huddersfield linked with new signing

Huddersfield are eyeing up a return for current Toulouse hooker Nathan Peats following the departure of Danny Levi. (Examiner Live)

Levi, 25, has been released from his contract on compassionate grounds so he can return to Australia with his family. He is expected to sign with Canberra Raiders in the NRL.

32-year-old Peats spent half a season with Huddersfield Giants in 2021 as part of a swap deal from Leigh.

Leigh interested in Oliver Holmes

The 30-year-old has been told he can leave the club after just one season at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, reports Examiner Live.

Ellis Longstaff available for loan
