New Toulouse half-back Corey Norman has arrived in France ahead of his much-anticipated return to the game.

Norman was not named in the squad for Saturday’s match against Hull. However, he could make his debut in their next match against Wakefield in a fortnight.

Huddersfield wingers Innes and Louis Senior have talked the Daily Mirror about the dynamic between the pair as they compete for a spot.

Innes told Daily Mirror: “Because we’re twins, if people see a good performance from one, they think the other’s good as well. So really we’re rooting for each other selfishly and as family.”

Cust told Wigan Today: “He’s a very skillful player, he’s a freak. We played against each other when we were younger, so it’s good to see him killing it. As a half he’s someone you don’t want to come up against as a fullback because he’s got so much speed. I’d rather have him on my team.”

Former NRL star turned pundit Jamie Soward believes St Helens boss Kristian Woolf will be a successful head coach in the NRL.

Speaking on the latest Love Rugby League podcast, Soward said: “He’s going to be a (NRL) head coach.

“Kristian Woolf has got a lot of huge wraps over here from a lot of players with what he’s done for the Tongan team.”

Zak Hardaker stood down after suspected seizure

Zak Hardaker will not make his return to Leeds this week after he was stood down for medical reasons. He had a suspected seizure on Tuesday afternoon.

Corey Norman has not played a game of rugby league since St George were beaten by South Sydney in September.
