Reports claim Hull FC have released Jason Crookes

Hull FC have released winger Jason Crookes, according to reports from BBC Humberside and the Hull Daily Mail.

The 24-year-old has made 16 appearances for the Black and Whites, since signing for them from Bradford Bulls in September 2012.

He scored five tries in FC colours, but played only three games for the club last season, and ended up playing on loan for Featherstone Rovers.

He was also sent off in Hull’s Magic Weekend clash with local rivals Hull Kingston Rovers.
