Catalans captain Remi Casty will miss the final round of the season after suffering a broken hand.

The 34-year-old left the field in the third minute of the Dragons’ 46-12 defeat at Wigan on Friday night and didn’t return.

Scans have now revealed that Casty has suffered a fracture in his hand.

The France international doesn’t require surgery but will be out of action for five weeks.

He will miss Catalans’ final game of the campaign at Huddersfield on Friday night.
