The outside back is retiring at the end of this season and has been granted a testimonial by the RFL.
Reardon played five times for Great Britain and won a Super League grand final in 2003 with Bradford and a World Club Challenge with the Bulls in 2004.
He also won the Harry Sunderland Trophy at Old Trafford in 2003.
The 34-year old has scored 79 tries in 222 games.
“I thought it would be fitting to play my old amateur side and I’m giving 15 per cent of the gate back to the Crusaders Supporters Trust,” Reardon told The Bradford Telegraph & Argus.
“It should be a good day.”
