Rapira and Anderson receive one-game bans

Kiwis Steve Rapira and Louis Anderson will both miss this weekend’s action, after submitting Early Guilty Pleas.

Salford forward Rapira will miss his side’s home game against Warrington this Friday, after a grade B charge of making dangerous contact.

The former North Queensland and NZ Warriors prop, who is the younger brother of New Zealand international Sam Rapira, committed the offence during the Red Devils’ 32-18 defeat to Widnes last Thursday.

Anderson meanwhile admitted to a similar offence during his side’s 56-14 loss to Wakefield on Sunday.

The second-row, who was making his first Super League appearance of the season, is now unavailable for the Dragons’ trip to face St Helens at Langtree Park on Friday.
