Rangi Chase: I’ve got no regrets

Rangi Chase says it feels like he has “come home” after re-signing for Castleford.

Chase has rejoined the Tigers, where he spent 2009 to 2013 and played over 100 games for the club.

“I’ve no regrets, I’ve gone on a little journey and realised how much I’ve missed this place,” the halfback told media today.

“It’s good to be back”.

Chase left Cas in 2014 to sign for Salford, then had his contract terminated in September 2015.

He signed for Leigh at the start of this year but only played five games for the Centurions before departing.

Chase said it feels like he never left Cas.

“It feels awesome, it feels good,” he said.

“I’m looking forward to it, I’m excited. A lot has changed but also a lot hasn’t.

“The culture is a bit different. There’s a lot of good things, a lot of positives.”
