Raiders’ Dugan crocked again

Canberra star Josh Dugan will undergo scans to determine the extent of the ankle injury he suffered against North Queensland.

Dugan was stretchered from the field at Dairy Farmers Stadium with suspected ligament damage and initial fears suggest he could be sidelined for up to eight weeks.

The 22-year-old has already missed a month of action after suffering a shoulder injury earlier in the competition.

Forwards Troy Thompson and Trevor Thurling are also facing stints on the sideline after picking up injuries in the 40-18 loss in Townsville.

Thompson will have an x-ray on a possible broken hand will Thurling has suffered a shoulder injury and will be out of action for up to eight weeks.

The Raiders worries continue with Glen Butriss, Sean Berrigan and Bronson Harrison all battling injuries.
