Harlequins has further strengthened its commercial portfolio for 2010 with a brand new partnership with MCR Property Management.

MCR have provided Harlequins with ground management at their Twickenham home for a number of years and under the terms of the new two year deal will appear on the collar and the rear of the Harlequins 2010 Super League home and away shirts, as well as receiving a number of ticketing and hospitality benefits.

The agreement with MCR is the third major new sponsorship deal Harlequins have announced in the past month.

MCR is an independent property, facilities and commercial management company with over 20 year’s expertise and experience. Alongside Harlequins Rugby League, MCR also counts Harlequins FC and London Wasps among their sporting clients.

Today’s announcement by Harlequins follows the recent news of major new sponsorship deals with WIN and the Lensbury, and puts Harlequins in their strongest ever commercial position going into a new season.

Harlequins Rugby League General Manager, Paul Blanchard said:

“MCR are another great company that we are looking forward to working with this season. They have a top pedigree in sport and can support and help us on a number of different levels.

“It is very exciting to be building such an interesting group of sponsors for this season.”

Mike Dennett, MCR Managing Director, said:

“MCR already enjoy a great working relationship with Harlequins Rugby League and this new sponsorship deal is a fantastic way for us to expand it.

“MCR are big supporters of rugby league in London and through our new relationship we’re looking forward to helping develop it.”
