Pryce extends Quins loan deal

Wigan’s Karl Pryce has extended his loan deal with Harlequins for another month.

Pryce, 24, has been forced to sit out Harlequins’ two cup matches against Gateshead and Leeds, but is expected to return to action against Castleford on Sunday.

Head Coach Rob Powell said: “It’s been a tough run for Karl.

“We’ve had two cup games which he hasn’t been available for due to being cup tied, so it will good for him to get an opportunity to play again – it’s no fun training and knowing you’re not playing at the end of the week.”

Powell added Warrington winger Chris Riley to his squad yesterday, joining Lee Mitchell, who has had his spell extended by a further month, on loan from the Wolves.
