York City Knights half back Jonny Presley believes they are primed and ready to face their biggest test of they year playing against Catalan Dragons.

It will be the first time the Championship club will face Super League opponents for the first time in two years, and it comes in the fifth round of the Tetley’s Challenge Cup on Saturday.

York have already beaten French side Toulouse 30-28 to get to this stage.

Presley, 28, said: “These are the kind of matches every player wants to be involved in, especially the English boys.

“To play and be involved in games such as these in such a prestigious competition is really special. We’ve all dreamt of playing at Wembley and you never know what can happen in the Challenge Cup.

“It’s exciting to get an opportunity to play against Super League opposition and test yourself against the best. If we were to win it would certainly be one of the highlights of my career.”
