Catalans in for another Wigan man

Catalans Dragons are on the look-out to boost their ranks and have got their eye on Wigan Warriors prop Ben Flower, report League Weekly.

Widnes make four additions

Clubs could suffer over Folau signing

Israel Folau’s controversial to Super League has sparked fears that key sponsors could pull out and leave clubs in serious financial jeopardy, report League Weekly.

Wakefield chief executive, Michael Carter, told League Weekly: “So many people are vehemently against it and, for a club like ours, this could have major financial repercussions throughout our organisation.”

Toronto to receive dispensation

  1. I would love to know the “sponsors” who will walk away from RL. Interesting to know how intolerant people are. Folau is intolerant so they want to prove they are the same???
Also a no longer NRL standard, not required player is being touted for a gig. Some club will sign him at the expense of local talent and then wonder why interest in the game is declining.
    Long season ahead.
