Leeming hands in transfer request

Huddersfield Giants have offered Kruise Leeming to other clubs after he handed in a transfer request, report League Express.

The England Knights international informed the Giants of his desire to leave last month and they will not stand in his way should they get a deal that matches the valuation of the player, according to League Express.

Toronto keen on former Leeds prop

Toronto Wolfpack are considering a move for former Leeds Rhinos forward Nathaniel Peteru, report League Weekly.

The New Zealander was released by the Rhinos last month and the Wolfpack are interesting in signing up the prop, according to League Weekly.

Leigh target Kopczak 

Leigh Centurions are continuing to target big names to boost their promotion push for 2020, with Wakefield Trinity forward Craig Kopczak believed to be on their radar, report League Express.

The Centurions are keen on holding talks with him to see whether he would be prepared to drop down and play in the Championship, according to League Express.

Batley eye ambitious Sammut move

Batley Bulldogs coach Craig Lingard, having lost half-back Reece Dean to the oil rigs, is busy looking for a replacement half-back or two, report League Weekly.

He would like Wigan Warriors playmaker Jarrod Sammut on board but has yet to agree terms with the Malta international, according to League Weekly.

Catalans to host Roosters in Barcelona

Catalans Dragons will host a training camp in Barcelona for Sydney Roosters as the NRL champions prepare to take on St Helens in the World Club Challenge, report League Express.

The two clubs are hoping to get together in the Catalan capital in the week building up to the World Club Challenge at St Helens on February 22, according to League Express.

Warrington want Samoa international

Warrington Wolves are said to be in talks with New Zealand Warriors prop Sam Lisone, report League Weekly.

The 25-year-old only played four games for the Warriors last season but has earned four caps for Samoa. He is being linked with the Wolves over a move to Super League for 2020, according to League Weekly.
