Ottawa’s new recruit Clément Boyer believes the Aces will be successful in the future.
The 26-year-old front-rower has signed with the Canadian club ahead of their inaugural campaign in 2021.
Boyer has made more than 110 career appearances for Toulouse, Halifax and Albi. He has earned two caps for France.
He said: “I am very proud to have signed to the Ottawa Aces. I can’t wait to meet the team and start the season.
“I’m sure the club will go far and I can’t wait for the new challenge ahead.”
Ottawa coach Laurent Frayssinous said: “I am thrilled with Clément Boyer’s signing for the Aces in 2021.
“Clément has proved over the years all his abilities with Toulouse. He’ll bring to the team his toughness, his work ethic, his skills and his experience.
“Like all his new team-mates, he’s very excited to start working hard at the start of pre-season.”
